1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the dolantogel platform — whether through the official website, mobile app, or any other channel provided by us — you hereby agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions stated in this document. This agreement takes effect the moment you click the "Register" or "Login" button for the first time.

3 Registration & Account Management

The dolantogel account registration process is straightforward and can be completed in under three minutes. However, there are several important things you should understand regarding the management of your account.

• Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Duplicate accounts will be terminated and the balance in those accounts may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials.
• Your account is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other party.
• Users must update their personal information (phone number, email, banking details) should any changes occur.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents typically requested include your identity card (MyKad) and the latest bank statement.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee or closure at dolantogel's discretion.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Dolantogel supports a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfers to all major banks. All financial transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted system.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. There is no maximum daily deposit limit unless specifically stated in your account.
• Deposits via FPX and bank transfer are typically processed in under 60 seconds. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the chosen withdrawal method and the time the request is submitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your dolantogel account.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Dolantogel offers a variety of attractive promotions and bonuses for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions, which must be fully met before any bonus-related withdrawal is permitted.

• Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made. The rollover requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the respective promotion page.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit. Each member may claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Dolantogel reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or a breach of promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value unless the rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Using more than one account to claim the same bonus will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.

6 Game Rules
